Our continued focus is on the crystal chemistry and crystal-structure — property relations in functional inorganic materials, both bulk and nano. In addition to our traditional focus on magnetism, polar materials, and porosity, we find ourselves increasingly contributing to materials for heterogeneous catalysis and optical materials (semiconductors, phosphors ...)
