| Research interests lie primarily in experimental investigation of response of structural materials to processing variables and service environment. Principal goals are to understand fundamental mechanisms that lead to design-limiting behavior and to use that information to improve material performance by altering manufacturing or service conditions. Research employs a wide range of experimental and analytical tools in developing the requisite information base. |
